Billing and your plan
- See or change your plan: sign in and open Settings, then Billing.
- Update your card or download receipts: Settings, then Billing, then Manage billing.
- Cancel: from the same billing page, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Bronze, our free plan.
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@averychat.com within 30 days and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
