This policy covers this website, aivenue.co, where we market Avery. The Avery app at app.aivenue.co has its own privacy policy, which applies once you sign up or log in.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Aivenue, the team behind Avery, operated by First Person Visuals Inc, doing business as Johnson Jones Group.

What we collect

• What you send us in a form. When you request a demo or join a waitlist, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, venue name and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Technical information. Like any website, our host receives your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. This is used to deliver and secure the site.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and set up a demo or onboarding call.
• To contact you about Avery by email, or by phone if you gave us your number. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep the website running, secure and free of abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this website and our follow-up with you:

• GoHighLevel stores the details you send in our forms as a contact record so our team can follow up.
• Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical information described above.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts this site uses. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep form details for as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our business, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing support@averychat.com. If we email you, you can unsubscribe using the link in that email.

Children

This website is for wedding venue businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
